OUR MANIFESTO
We are engineers and operators who became investors. We did not learn this from slide decks, X threads, or other podcast nonsense. We have built and run teams, owned P&Ls, shipped products, taken big risks, and sat through countless ugly nights before launch. We invest with that history in mind. Not as advisors on the sidelines, but as people who know what it takes to reach scale and stay there.
We back founders early, mostly at Seed and Series A.
We look for those who are serious about solving meaningful problems. If we invest, we get involved. If we pass, we will tell you why.
We are based in Zurich, Geneva, and London.
We work with Swiss and Swiss-educated founders wherever they are. “Swiss” to us means build quality, calm execution, and keeping our word. It doesn’t mean small ambition.
We prefer useful over flashy.
We are drawn to technology that makes hard things simpler: data and AI that actually help a business run, tools for industry and climate, and better financial plumbing. If customers won’t care in five years, we probably will not either.
Our job is to help you do yours.
We will help you hire the right people, design your org, pressure-test the product, find your next repeatable revenue, and prepare you for the next round. We show up to work, not to perform.
We make decisions quickly and own them.
No theater, no endless consensus meetings. You will get a clear answer and real feedback.
We try to be fair.
Simple terms. Straight talk. If something breaks, we do not vanish. We stay in the boat and help row.
We are not for everyone.
If you want applause, panel selfies, and LinkedIn likes, that’s not us. We will say the hard thing and we will push back when it matters. You run the company and we back you. But our job is to add judgment, not echo the room.
