Mark's entrepreneurial journey is marked by significant milestones. He co-founded Livestream, a pioneering live video platform that redefined digital broadcasting, overseeing its growth to facilitate over ten million streams annually. This venture culminated in a strategic acquisition by Vimeo, where Mark's leadership was instrumental. As Vimeo's Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer, and later as President, he was pivotal in scaling the business from $100 million to $400 million in revenue. Under his stewardship, Vimeo not only expanded its global footprint with over 1,000 employees but also achieved a milestone public listing on the NASDAQ in May 2021.

His early career includes being one of the developers of LimeWire, the well-known peer-to-peer application, showcasing his deep roots in software development and technological innovation.

Mark earned his MSc in Computer Science from EPFL and an Executive MBA from the London Business School.
